Dear One,

I bet you clicked on this page thinking you’d learn all about me. Am I right? Well, let’s talk about what really matters…you! That’s right…YOU! I’m curious…have you ever felt overwhelmed, anxious, disconnected, misaligned, or down right exhausted, trying to navigate life in a way that appears you have it all together? Ever wonder why you make decisions that feel “right”, only to wind up just as drained and empty as ever? If you can relate to any of this, I’ve got you! Heck, I am you! I’ve been right where you’re at and the great news is…I can help! I’m a Life coach who helps people learn how to live their lives with confidence, courage and authenticity…while extending grace to yourself (and others) along the way! Sounds good, right?

You may be asking yourself, “Well, yeah, Kel, it sounds great and all, but how does this coaching stuff work?” Let me simplify the process. It works by getting curious. It works by showing up. It works by you allowing me to walk alongside you as you face fears, choose courage, and show up just as you are…fears, flaws, quirks and all! If you can admit that you’re wanting something different, even if you don’t know what that “different” might be, I’m calling you to action! The world needs to see the real and raw YOU! Let’s keep it real for a second. A journey this important isn’t easy, but things that are worth it rarely are. And I may not know you well…yet…but I do believe that you are ready for change! If you weren’t, you wouldn’t be here! And since there’s no better time to explore changing than NOW, let’s begin YOUR journey by doing our first coaching exercise together…right here…right now. I invite you to take a moment to ponder what you frequently think, say, do and believe. Having trouble? Keep reading to see if any of the below examples ring true for you.

THINK:

“Will this ever get better or change?”

“What is wrong with me that I don’t feel joy after I’ve made a ‘good’ decision?”

“No matter what choices I make, I often feel drained and unfulfilled.”

“What difference does it make to try to change if I still feel the same after changing?”

SAY:

“I just don’t feel like myself anymore.”

“Who am I?”

“On the outside I am doing and accomplishing so many great things…while on the inside I have little to no connection to any of it.”

DO:

Over-commit to lots of activities, make UNintentional/non-grounded decisions, am easily influenced by others’ values (or lack thereof), lie, waste time/energy on things that are not priority, experience overwhelm or burnout

BELIEVE:

“There has to be something wrong with me. I just can’t pull myself together.”

“I don’t know if I have what it takes to ‘fix’ this.”

“Things might just always be this way.”
